An independent daily reference for gold, silver, platinum and copper rates in India.
Gold Price Daily publishes the daily metal rates Indian buyers actually need before walking into a jewellery showroom — 24K, 22K and 18K gold per gram, tola and sovereign; 999 silver per gram and per kilogram; platinum; and LME copper. Rates are shown for the major Indian cities with each city’s local premium applied.
The site is run as a small independent project. There is no paywall, no signup, no jeweller affiliation, and no commission on any link. The data is published as-is for quick lookup and comparison.
Gold and silver rates are derived from the Indian Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA) reference fix, which is published twice each business day at 12:00 and 17:00 IST. IBJA is the reference most retail jewellers and banks use to set their own counter rate.
Platinum rates are derived from international spot prices converted to INR. Copper tracks the London Metal Exchange (LME) cash settlement, cross-referenced with MCX.
City-level prices apply a small local premium (typically under 1%) on top of the national base rate to reflect transport, financing and dealer margins. See the disclaimer and methodology for full detail.
